How admission works
A guest requesting entry is stored in the active room lobby until admitted, rejected, disconnected or successfully joined. This is designed to survive a host opening the room after the guest has already requested access.
If the host sees no request
- 1Confirm the host is using the room owner account.
- 2Open the People / Waiting Room panel.
- 3Refresh once if the browser was offline during the initial request.
- 4Ask the guest to keep the waiting tab open.
- 5If the problem persists, the administrator should review Socket.IO connectivity and application logs.
